WHEREAS,Heretofore on the /~.. day of December, 196A, the Chairman and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho passed
and adopted an estimate of expenses estimating that the total amount of money
~eeded for general purposes, not including expenses for bond issues, of the
~illage of Chubbuck for the fiscal year co~encing on the 1st day of January,
1965 to be the total sum of Ninty Four Thousand Twenty Eight Dollars and
Twenty Eight Cents, ( $ 9~,028o28)~ and
Whereas, aten mill levy is insufficient and will not provide the amount
of m~ney necessary to b~ raised and provided through a general tax levy to
my said general expenses of said Village during sa/d fiscal year, and
Whereas, it appears to the Chairman and Board of Trustees of said Village
~hat it is necessary that a general levy of not to exceed twenty-five mills
be made upon all taxable property within said Village in order to eaise the
~ecessary amount of money estimated to be required for general purposes for
=he use of said Village, d~ring said fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
~.he Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho that Tuesday the 12th day of
ianuary, 196~, at the hour cf 8~00 P.M., at the Municipal Building in
hubbuck, that being the re..~ar meeting place of said Board, be set as the
~ay and place for holding a Public Hearing on the question of making a
I!~eneral? tax levy for the Village of Chubbuck for the current fiscal year
~n the amount of not to exceed twenty-five mills on each dollar of the
~ssessed valuation of all taxable property in said Village.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and she is hereby
~dered to give due notice of the time and place of the holding of said
~earing in the manner provided by law.
