~'~'iEREAS, Heretofore on the 10th da~r of December, 1963 the Chairman and
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho
massed and adopted an estimate of expenses estimating that the total amount
DO-~oney needed for ~eneral p~r~oses, not i~c!uding expenses for bond isst~es,
of U.~e Village of Chubbuck for the fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of
J~m~ary, 196[~ to be the total s~ of Seve~sty Seven Thousand Eiffht Hundred
;:',i~'hty Dollars, (~77,880.00), and
Wi~R~J~EAS, a ten mill levy is imsufficient amd will not provide the amot~nt
of mo~ey necessary to be raised and provided through a general tax levy to
~,~y ~id f~e~era]_ expenses of said Village during said fiscal year, and
;'~:~:~i~;AS, it appears to the Chairman an~ the Board of Trustees of said
Village 2haft it is necessary that a ~enera. 1 levy of not to exceed twenty-
f~.ve ~ills be made upon all taxable property within said Village in order
to raise the necessarv amount of mone~ estimated to be required for ~eneral
~r~oses for the use of said Vi[]..lage, d~r~.~ said fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ]~ESOLVED B~ the Chairman and th® Board of Tr~stees
of the Vii]age of Chubbuck, Bannock Cotmty, Id~ho that ~esda~ the
d"F of January, 1964, at the hour of S:O0 P.~f., at the Mnnic~pal Eui~ding
~n Cb~¥buck, that being t~e re,qular meet:~m~,~ r, lace of said Board, be set
ss the day and place for holdffng a Publ~.c lqearing on the question of making
a o:eneral tax ].e~ for the Village of Ch~.tq~ck for the current f~.scal year
i~ the amount of not to exceed twenty-five mills on each. dollar of the
assessed valuation o~ all taxable property in sa~d Village.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That t~e Vil].af~e Clerk be and she is hereby
or~ered to Eive due notice of the tir~e and :~!ace of the hSlding of ss. id
l~e?r~ng in the ~anner provided by law.
