HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-006 Chubbuck Road Improvements WHEREA~, the Department of Highways of the State of Idaho has submitted a
Cooperative Agre~nent stating obligations of the State and the Village of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for the improvement and use of Chubbuck Road by the State as a temporary
connection between Interstate Highway 15 and U. S. Highway 91-191, within the corporate
limits of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, as described in the Coopera-
tive Agreement; and
~r~JtEA~, such improvement and use of Chubbuck Road ~ill benefit the Village
of Chubbuck and the State of idaho; and
~HEREAS, such improvement and use of Ohubbuck Road will not require expendi-
ture of Village Funds.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVI~:
1. That the Cooperative Agreement for the temporary use of Chubbuck Road by
the State is hereby accepted and approved.
2. That the Chairman of the Board and the Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the Village of Chubbuck.
3. That duly certified copies of this resolution sha_l!_ be furnished the
Department of Highways.
