BE IT RESOLVED BY the Chairman and the Board of Trustees
of the Vi].lage of Chubb~ck, Bannock County, Idaho:
That the Village of Chobbuck, a Municipal corporation, of
the State of Idaho, and hereinafter called'Village', and Bannock
County, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho, hereinaf'ter
called 'County$ do hereby enter into an Agreement:
WII?~EAS, It is the desire of tho said County to obtain an
adequate supply of fresh pure water, available at the site of the
new Bannock County Fa~r Grounds, presently under development: and
WHEREAS, The Village of Ch~.~b}~.uck operates a Mun~cipal water
works system in close proximity to said new Bannock County Fair
Grounds and is engaged in thc distrib~tion and sale of wnter to
consumers in the VilJage of Chubbuck, State of Idaho,
THAT The V~llage be authorized to enter into this agreement
and to take part.in all the activities and enjoy all the benef.'lts
resulting therefrom.
THAT The said agreement is: The Village of Chubbuck, Bannock
County, Idaho will ~'urnish water to the new Bannock County Fair
Grounds, for c~rtain consideration of the Mutual Covenants, and
Undertakings contained in the Agreement.
Passed and approved this /7 ~tday of May, 1960.
