RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, to pay the
estimated expenses of said Village, that there be levied against
all the taxable property of the sa~d Village, the following
levies, for the fiscal year of 1961, and that the same be
certified to the County Auditor of Bannock County:
All general fund expenses
Fire ~epartment expenses
General Obligation Bonds, s$.nking and
interest funds
mills;

mills.
IT IS FURT}~R RESOLVED, that the ¥illage Clerk is authorized
and directed, to certify said levies to the County Auditor of
Bannock County, by forwarding thereto a copy of this resolution.
