RESOLUT I ON
BE IT RESOLVED by the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County~ Idaho:
That the Village of Chubbuck become an active member of
the City and Co~ntyPlanning District composed of the Village
of Ch~bbuck, City of Pocatello~ City of Alameda, and the
County of Bannock.
That the village be authorized to take part in all of the
activities and enjoy all of the benefits resulting therefrom.
That the village be authorized to share in tlae costs of
the operation of said Planning District on a per capita basis,
provided any m~nies paid by said village to the Planning Board
must first be approved by the Chairman and Board of Trustees
of said Villmge of Chubbuck.
A resident o/' the Village of Chubbuck shall be appointed by
the Chairman and Board of Trustees to represent the Village of
Chubbuck ._on.s~ld_Planning District and shall .serve for a period
of two years subject to removal by the Chairman and the Board
of Trustees at any time. Should a vacancy exist at any time
said vacancy shall be filled by a new appointee of the Chairman
and the Beard of Trustees.
