NOTICE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO
Pursuant tO a resolution regularly adopted by the Chair-
man and Beard of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, at an ad
ed meeting of the Board of Trustees at 8 o'clock P.M. June 12th,
1956.
~Ju~e~~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That on Tuesday, the ~ day of
1956t at 8 o'clock P.M.s at an adjourned meeting of the Bo
of Trustees~ in the office ef the Board in the Municipal Building
in Chubbuckt Idaho~ that being the regular meeting place of said
Board in said Village of Chubbuck~ the Chairman and Board of'Trust
will gra~t a public hearing to all parties interested who may then
and there show cause~ if any they have, or offer any objections to
the'Chairm~-a~"'B%~'~f Trustee~'-~hy the annual tax levy for the
general municipal purposes of said Village for the fiscal year
195~-1957 shall not be fixed at the rate of twenty-five mills per
One Dollar ($1.~0) of the assessed valuation of the property ef
said Village and a levy of two mills per One Dollar ($1s00) of
the assessed valuation ef all property in the Village for a special
fund for the ~peration and maintenance of a fire department.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That the Chairman and the Board
of Trustees propose to adopt an annual appropriation bill or ordi-
nance making appropriations in an amount which will necessitate
levying taxes in the amount of twenty-five mills for general pur-
poses of the Village for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day
of May~ 1956s and ending on the 30th day of Aprils 1957, and a
levy of two mills for the purpose of raising money for a fire de-
partment for the fiscal year beginning May lst~ 1956~ and ending
April ~0ths 1957.
