~iEREAS, the Village of Chubbuck has heretofore made, adopted
and published, as requested by law, its Annual Estimate of Expenses for
the fiscal year 1955-1956, beginning with the let day of Ymy, 1955;
wI.rEREAS, the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of

Chubbuck did on the /~ th day of ~~ .. , 1955, adopt a re-
solution providing that a levy of twenty (20) mills on each dollar of
assessed valuation of all the property in the Village of Chubbuck be
made for the purpose of raising money for the General Fund of the Village
of Chubbuck for the fiscal year, beginning May l, 1955, and ending April
30, 1956,. and set the time for the hearing of s~i~levy to be October ll,
1955, at 8:00 p.m.; that said meeting~ on said/an~with a quorum present
the chairman read the notice so published in the Intermountain-Alameda
Enterprise; and
WHEREAS, the said notice of said hearing was duly published in
three places in the Village of Chubbuck as provided by law; and
'FHEREAS,the Chairmam and Board of Trustees now on thellth day
of October, 1955, are assembled at said office of the Board in the Muni-
cipal Building in Chubbuck, Idaho, to hear any and all objections that
may be made, if any, to the making of said levey in the amount of twenty
(20) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation of the property of said
Village of Chubbuck for the purpose of raising money for the General Fund
of the Village of Chubbuck for said fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the Board has now heard all objections presented to the
Board to the making of said levy, as so adopted by the Board, and has fully
considered the same.
NOW THOR]RE BE IT RESOLVED By the Chairman and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck that all objections made to the making
of said levy of twenty (20) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation
of the property of said Villa:e by the Village for the said purpose be,
and the same are hereby over ruled, and the levy so ~made is hereby approved
and confirmed in the amount of twenty (20) mills on each dollar of the
assessed valuation of all property in the Village of Chubbuck to raise
money for the General Fund of the Village for the fiscal year beginning
May l, 1955, and ending April 30, 1956;

going ~esolutton be adopted. On roll call the vote was unanimous, and the
Chair announced the said Resolution was adopted.
Also attached is a true copy of the Resolution making the levy.

CHARLES VINER, hereby certifies that he is, and was at all times
herein mentioned, the duly appointed, Gualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Chubbuck, Bannock Coumty, Idaho, and has in his oossession all
the Minutes and Records of said Village; and hereby certifies that the fore-
going Resolution is a true, full and correct copy of the Resolution adopted
by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck on the ~/~day of
