TO BE HELD APRIL 28, 1953. BEIN~ Tile FOURTil TUESDAY
OF APRIL, 1953.
This year being the year for the biennial election to be held in
the Village of Chubbuck for the election of trustees for the Village;
BE IT RESOLVED:
That notice of the biennial election to be held on April 28, 1953,
in the Village of Chubbuck for the~ection of Two Members of the Board of
Trustees, each to serve for a term of four years, be given by the Clerk. by
posting notices thereof in at least three public places in the Village of
Chubbuck for a period of not less than 20 days preceding the election, and
that notice of said election shall also be published in the Idaho State
Journal, a newspaper published in Pocatello. Bannock County, Idaho, and which
has a general circulation in the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, and there being
no newspaper published within said Village, said paper being hereby designated
as the official paper in which to publish said notice, once a week for three
publications, said publications to be made on April 7, April 14, and April 21,
1953.
That the entire Village shall constitute one ward or voting precinct.
and that the voting place will be in the Office of the Village Clerk in the
Village Municipal Fire Station Building in Chubbuck, Idaho, and that Charlotte
Kennedy shall be constituted Registrar and , shall be
constituted Deputy Registrar."
It was moved and seconded and unanimously carried that the foregoing
Resolution be adopted.
