AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING
FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK PRESENTLY OWNED BY MARK Lo BUNCE
AND KNOWN AS THE "PROPOSED BUNCE SUBDIVISION EXTENSION"
TO BE REZONED AND CHANGED FROM AGRICULTURAL TRANSITIONAL
(AT) TO SINGLEFAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1); PROVIDING FOR
CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK PRESENTLY OWNED BY LAND INVESTMENTS,
INC., TO BE REZONED AND CHANGED FROM AGRICULTURAL (A~T)
TO MOBILEHOME RESIDENTIAL(R~2T); AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Bunce Property. The following described
lands or property within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, presently owned by Mark L. Bunce and known
as the "Proposed Bunce Subdivision Extension" are hereby re-
zoned and changed from Agricultural Transitional (A-T) to
Single-Family Residential (R-l):
A parcel of land situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 2,
T6S, R34E, Boise Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho.
Beginning at a point which is NO°53'58"W, along the 1./4
Section line of Section 2, 1095.00 ft., thence NO°53'58"W
1563.83 ft., thence N89°45'23"W 659.73 ft., thence
S0°57'07"W 1576.92 ft., thence N89°06'22"E 657.71 ft.
to the point of beginning and contains 23.74 acres more
or less.
SECTION 2: Land Investments Property. The following
described lands and property within the boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, presently owned by Land Investments,
Inc., are hereby re-zoned and changed from Agricultural-
Transitional (A-T) to Mobile-Home Residential (R-2T):
Commencing at the southwest corner of Mobile Manor 1st
Addition, thence northerly along the west boundary line
of Mobile Manor 1st Addition a distance of 231.5 feet,
more or less to the South boundary of the "Kynaston
property", thence south 89046' West along the South
boundary of the Kynaston property a distance of 368
feet more or less, thence South a distance of 317 feet
more or less to the North property line of Martha
Bistline/Henderson property, thence Easterly along said
property line a distance of 368 feet more or less,
thence North 85.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION 3: The rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this
ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and
publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 24th day of February, 1976.
