AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL
SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1st DAY OF JANUARY, 1977, AND
ENDING ON THE 30th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1977, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH
THE REVENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 1977"
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE: PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE
TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as the proper funds
into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be
paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1977 and ending on
the 30th day of September 1977.
GENERAL FUND WATERWORKS FUND - SE~ER REVENUE FUND - WATER REVENUE BOND FUND
SEWER REVENUE BOND AND INTEREST FUND, SERIES 10-1-72
WATER REVENUE BOND AND INTEREST FUND, SERIES SEPTEMBER 1, 1976
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
General Fund for the pajnnent of all general fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during
aforesaid fiscal year:
410-General Government
422-Law Enforcement & Protection
423-Fire Control & Prevention
424-Building Inspection
430-Transportation-Highway, Streets & Roads
432-Engineering
438-Parks-Physical Environment
452-Health & Welfare
490-Other Governmental Purposes

Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Waterworks Fund for the payment of all waterworks expenses, garbage sanitation ex-
penses and sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
434-Waterworks-Salaries & Administration 250,538.84
433-Sanitation-Salaries & Administration 45,022.48
435-Sewage-Salaries & Administration 211,251.31
TOTAL WATERWORKS FUND 506,812.63
Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Water Revenue Bond Fund for the payment of all water revenue bond construction expenses
of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year.
434-Water Revenue Bond Fund 39,384.12
Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from
the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, September 1, 1976 for the payment of all
bonds and interest due on water storage tank project of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid~iscal year.
434-Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 14,687.50
Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Sewer Fund for the payment of all sewer construction expenses of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year.
435-Sewer Construction 23,588.09
Section 7: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the
Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72, for the payment of all bonds
and interest due on sewer system project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid~iSdal
year. 435-Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest Fund 54,600.00
Section 8: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective
upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this
day of March, 1977.
