ORDINANCE NO. /~' /
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 95 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO, INSOFAR AS SUCH ORDINANCE
RELATES TO THE SALE OF BEER BY PERSONS LICENSED
ONLY FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That that certain ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, No. 95, passed and
approved on the 27th day of April 1971, is hereby repealed
insofar as the sa~e relates to the sale of beer for consumptior
off the premises by persons licensed under the provisions of
Ordinance No. 62 of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County,
Idaho, only for consumption off the premises.
SECTION 2: That it is hereby declared that an
emergency does exist and that this ordinance shall take effect
and shall be in full force and effect from its passage, approvs
and publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COLTNCIL of the City of
Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho this ~. day of November
1971.
