NO'~V, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ~{AYOR ~'4i)CITY COUNCIL
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section i. That the real property described as:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of t4e
Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 6 South, ilm~g~= 34 East
of Boise ;~eridian excepting therefrom the following two (2)
parcels of property. The East 125 feet thereof and th~ W~st
55 feet of the North 185 feet of said tract. This s~cond
excluded parcel has a frontage of 55 fe~t on the South side
of Chubbuck Road and runs a depth of 185 feet from the center
of Chubbuck for a d~pth of 160 feet from the Souti~ edge of
Chubbuck Road. EXCEPTING THEREFROS~ THE 100 FEET BY 1O0 FEET
ADJACENT TO fk~D ON ~HE SOUTH SIDE OF CHUBBUCK ROAD.
the above described property, excluding the exccpt®d parcel,
is hereby re-zoned and changed from Agricultural Transitional
to Residential-Z, Trailers.
Section 2. That the excepted parcel referred to in Section 1
is hereby re-zoned and changed from Zone Agricultural Transi-
tional to Residential-2.
Section 3. THis Ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
