AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, TO SPECIFY THAT THE LICENSE FEES REQUIRED
FOR ESTABLISHMENTS HANDLING LIQUOR BY THE DRINK
SHALL BE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT AUTHORIZED BY IDAHO
CODE SECTIONS 23-904 AND 23-916, AS NOW IN EFFECT
AND AS THEY MAY HEREAFTER BE A~NDED: AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 5 of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the 8th day
of May, 1951, is hereby amended as follows:
LICENSE FEES: The license fees required for estab-
lishments handling liquor by the drink shall be ~m-%he-s~m-e~-
the maximum amount authorized by Idaho Code' sections 23-904 and
23-916 as now in ~e'ff~ct' and as they may hereaft'er be amended.
SECTION 2: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read
on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinanceI
shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 15th day of November, 1974.
