RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Heretofore on the 13th day of February, 1968, the Mayor and Council
of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho passed and adopted an Estimate
of Expenses estimating that the total amount of money needed for General
Purposes, not including expenses for Bond Issues, of the City of Chubbuck for
the fiscal year commemcing on the 1st day of January, 1958 to be the total sum
of One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Thirty Six Dollars and Ten Cents,
($13~036.10), and
Whereas a ten mill levy is insufficient and will not provide the amount of
money necessary to be raised and provided through a General Tax Levy to pay
said general expenses of said City during said fiscal year, and
Whereas, it appears to the Mayor and Council o$ said City, that it is
necessary that a general levy of not to exceed thirty mills be made upon all
taxable property within said City in. order to raise the necessary amount of
money ext!m~ted to be required for geheral purposes for the use of said City,
during said fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBy the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck
Bannock County, Idaho that Tuesday the 12th day of March, 1968, at the hour
8:00 P.M., at the Municipal Building in Chubbuck, that being the regular meeting
place of said Council, be set as the day and place for holding a Public Hearing

on the question of making a general tax levy for the Coty of Chubbuck for the
current fiscal year in the amount of not to exceed thirty mills on each dollar
of the assessed valuation of all taxable property in said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and she is hereby ordered
and directe~ to give due notice of the time and place of the h~lding of said
hearing in the manner provided by law.

~ounty, Idaho that the following estimate of the probable amount of money
ecessary for all purposes to be raised by the City of Chubbuck for the fiscal
i~ear commencing en the 1st day of January, 1968 and ending on the 311st day of
pecember, 1968, including money for the patment of the principal and interest
~alling due on the bonded debt and all sinking fund requirements, be and hereby
accepted by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck and entered at
length upon the minutes of the said Council and published in the official
aewspaper of said City aw required by law, to-wit:
