IDAHO, ANNEXING THE FOLLOWiNGi:DESCRIBED LANDS, YO -WIT:
PARCEL NO. 1
Beginning at a point on the Westerly right of way boundary of
Highway U.S. 91, which point is 25.0 feet southerly from the
north line of Sec..3 T6S, R34E, B.M., Bannock County, Idaho, and
is the intersection of the westerly right of way boundary of
said Highway U.S. 91 with the southerly right of way boundary of
Siphon Road; thence S.• 00-361E., along said westerly right of way
boundary 1965.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the northerly
boundary of the Village of Chubbuck] thence N.890-29tW., along
said Village boundary 1290..0 feet, more or less, to the west
1/16 line of said Sec. 3; thence N.00-304 W., along said west
1/16 line, 1965.0 feet, more or less, to the southerly right of

Chubbuck, Idaho, and being S.890 -294E. 1594.0 feet, more or less,
from the center 1/4 corner of said Sec. 3; thence, along said
right of way boundary and along an easterly boundary of said

along said Village boundary, s.880 -52'W. 50.0 feet; thence, con-
tinuing along said Village boundary S.10 -084W. 1500.0 feet, more
or less, to the northerly right of way boundary of Chubbuck
Road; thence along said northerly right of way boundary of Chubb-
uck Road 1013.5 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way
boundary of Whitaker Road, at a point which is 25.0 feet, more
or less, westerly and 25.0 feet, more or less, northerly from
the southeast corner of said Sec. 3; thence northerly, along the

T6S, R34E, B.N1.; thence, along an easterly boundary of said

along said Village boundary, N.890 -214W. 1306.9 feet, more or
less, to the easterly right of way boundary of Highway U.S. 91;
thence, along said right of way boundary..and said Village Bound-
ary, S.00 -054W. 2450.0 feet to the point of curvature; thence in
a southeasterly direction, continuing along said right of way
boundary and said Village boundary on a curve to the left 1100.0

ary of the Village of Chubbuck and said latitudinal center line of Section
10, S. 890-231E. 1307.3 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way
boundary of Highway U8 91; thence, along said right of way boundary of High-
way US 91 and the westerly right of way boundary of Pole Line Road, S. 00-8551
W. 2615.0 feet, more or less, to the northerly right of way boundary of Quinn
Road; thence Westerly, along said right of way boundaryof Quinn Road 2590.0

thence along said right of way -boundary, 111.2 feet, more or less, to the
southeast corner of Lot 163. Heider Subdivision; thence Along the easterly
boundary of said Subdivision N. 90-121W. 18/+1,,.73 feet; thence continuing
along said easterly boundary N. 180-06'W. 158.5 feet; thence along the north-
erly boundary of said Subdivision N. 890-47' W. 282.9 feet to the easterly
right of way boundary of Hawthorne Road; thence, along said right of way

TO LE PART OF SAID VILLAGE: AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: AND DECLARING AN & ERGENCY.
WHEREAS) it appears to the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Chubbuck, that there are certain lands lying adjacent and con-
tiguous to the Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, tracts of land containing not
more than five (5) acres each, by metes and bounds descriptions, or lands
where owners or proprietors or persons by or with their authority have sold
or begun to sell of such contiguous or adjacent land by metes and bounds in
to
tracts/not exceed five acres, all heing included within the property here-
inafter particularly described;
AND, WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described are each and

all adjacent and contiguous to the incorporated limits of the
!Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho;

AND, Wh REAS, The Chairman and Board of Trustees of the
!Village of Chubbuck, do at this time, deem it advisable m d for
Ithe best interest of the inhabitants of the said. Village, to
annex the hereinafter described lands, and to declare the same
to be a part of the Village,of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises:
BE IT ORDAIMED BY TI -E CHAIRMAN A14D BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIDE VILL-
AGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCIi COTNTY, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 That the following lands adjacent and contiguous
to the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, respectively,
be, and the same are hereby annexed to the Village of Chubbuck,
,'under the provisions of Section 50-503 of the Idaho Code, to -wit.
That certain property lying and being in Bannock County,
Idaho, described as follows:
PARCEL NO..1
Beginning at a point on the westerly right of way bound-
ary of Highway U.S. 91, which point is 25.0 feet southerly
from the north line of Sec. 3, T6S, R34E, B.M., Bannock
County, Idaho, and is the intersection of the westerly right
of way boundary of said Highway U.S. 91 with the southerly
-right of way boundary of Siphon Road; thence S:00-36tE.,
along said westerly right of way boundary 1965.0 feet, more
or less, to a point on the northerly boundary of the Vill-
age of Chubbuck; thence N.890-29tW., along said Village
Boundary 1290.0 feet, more or lens, to the west 1/16 line of
said Sec. 3; thence N.00-30tw., along said dest 1/16 line,
1965.0 feet, more or less, to the southerly right of way

the westerly boundary of the right of way of Oregon Short/tine

southerly right of way boundary of Chubbuck Road and is

north 1/4 corner of Seca 10, T6S, R34E, B.M..; thence, along
an easterly boundary of said Village of Chubbuck, S.00-09tE.

Beginning at the west 1/16 corner on the latitudinal
center line of Sec. 10, T6S, R34E, B.M., which is a point on
the southerly boundary of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock
County, Idaho; thence, along said boundary of the Village of
Chubbuck and said latitudinal center line of Sec. 10,
S.890 -231E. 1307.3 feet, more or less, to the westerly right
of way boundary of Highway US 91; thence, along, said Right of
way boundary of Highway US 91 and the westerly right of way

less, to the northerly right of way boundary of Quinn Road;
thence westerly, along said right of way boundary of Quinn

Beginning at a point on the westerly boundary of the
Village of Chubbuck, which point is N.890 -291W. 575.0 feet
from the west 116 corner on the south line of Sec. 3,
T6S, R34E, B.M. Bannock County, Idaho; thence, N.00 -311E.
50.0 feet to the north right of way boundary of Chubbuck
Road; thence, along said right of way boundary, 111.2 feet,
more or less, to the southeast corner of Lot 16, Heider Sub-
division; thence along the easterly boundary of said Sub-
division N.90-12tW. 1844.73 feet; thence, continuing along
said easterly boundary N.180 -061W. 158.5 feet; thence,
along the northerly boundary of said Subdivision N.890 -471W.
282.9 feet to the easterly right of way boundary of Hawthorne
Road; thence, along said right of way boundary S.00 -161W.
1967.0 feet, to the northerly right of way boundary of
Chubbuck Road; thence, along said right of way boundary,
S.890-29tE. 630.0 feet; thence So00-3ltW. 50.0 feet to the
southerly right of way boundary of said Chubbuck Road; thence,
along said southerly right of way boundary 5.890-29tE. 112.1,
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
and the said lands are hereby declared to be a part of the said
Village of Chubbuck, Idaho.
SECTION 2. That it shall be the duty of the Village Cle rk
of the Village of Chubbuck, immediately after the passage, approv-i1
al and due publication of this ordinance, according to the law,
and said Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County Record-
er of Bannock County, State of Idaho, a certified copy of this
Ordinance, duly and properlycertified by her, and under the
corporate seal of the Village of Chubbuck, and immediately there-
after the incorporated limits of the said Village of Chubbuck shah
extend to and include the above-described lands, and all of them,
and thereafter all property and persons within the limits of
the said annexed lands shall be subject to all of the provisions
of the said Village of Chubbuck, and to the police regulations
thereof.
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts
thereof , in conflict -herewith, be, and the" same are he re by F
expressly repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication, an emergency
existing therefore,
