Mayor England excused Councilmember Ryan Lewis from the meeting.

GENERAL BUSINESS:
Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for the Grove Subdivision 2' Addition.
Public Works Director Rodney Burch stated that all city requirements had been
inspected and completed and recommend approval.
Councilmember Evans motioned for acceptance of offer of dedication for the
Grove Subdivision 2nd addition.
Councilmember Hernandez seconded motion for acceptance.
Roll Call: Evans -yes, Hernandez -yes, Baumeister -yes, motion passed.
2. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(c):
"To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency."

Councilmember Baumeister gave an explanation about council meeting procedures to Troop 131.

Council.
Councilmember Baumeister motioned for approval of City of Chubbuck Claims.
Councilmember Hernandez seconded motion for approval.

2. Chubbuck Development Authority claims for June 20, 2018 as presented to Mayor
England and Council.
Councilmember Baumeister motioned for approval of Chubbuck Development Claims.
Councilmember Hernandez seconded motion for approval.
