Minutes of the Chubbuck Development Authority Special Meeting held at Chubbuck City Hall
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone on June 13, 2018 at 5:30 pm.
Chairman Dan Heiner. Commission Members: Steve Brown, Tom Nield, Annette Baumeister.
Mayor; Kevin England. Executive Director; Rodney Burch. Planning and Development Director;
Devin Hillam. Office Administrator; Ranelle Simmons.
Chairman Heiner called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: for May 29, 2018
Heiner entertained a motion to approve the minutes as mailed. Nield moved the minutes of
May 29, 2018, be approved as mailed; Baumeister seconded. All voted to approve.
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Review claims paid.
One claim has been paid for Country Acres Street Project $2,252.50 for a concrete driveway.
The process will be changing in the future so this board will approve their own claims.
2. Discuss if the regular meeting scheduled for June 26 will be held. (action item)
At this point we will not hold the meeting.
3. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (c):
"To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency." (action
item)
Heiner entertained a motion to enter into Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-
206 (1) (c).
Baumeister moved to enter Executive Session. Nield Seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Steve Brown; yes, Annette Baumeister; yes,Tom Nield; yes, Daniel
Heiner; yes.
4. Approval of property contracts. (action item)
Heiner entertained a motion to approve the property contracts.
Nield moved to approve the purchase of parcel 1, parcel 2 and parcel 3. Baumeister seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Annette Baumeister; yes, Tom Nield; yes, Steve Brown; yes, Daniel

2. Revisited - Heiner stated if something comes back before June 26 a meeting will be held
otherwise the meeting is cancelled.
ADJOURN: Heiner entertained . motion to adjourn. Brown moved to adjourn. Seconded by
Nield. All voted in favor at 6•/5 pm
