Home My WebLink About1977NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in accordance with Section 50-1002 Idaho Code, the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho will meet on Tuesday the 22rd day of March, 1977 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone at Chubbuck, Idaho, for the purpose of considering and fixing a final budget and making appropriations to each depart- ment or fund for the current fiscal year, at which time any taxpayer may appear and show cause, if any he has, why such proposed budget should or should not be adopted. That the following table sets forth the estimated expenditures and sets forth the amount to be appropriated to each department or fund for the current fiscal year. Armstrong, City Cler -Tr� surer NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK ANNUAL BUDGET PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in accordance with Section 50-1002 Idaho Code, the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho will meet on Tuesday the 6th day of September, 1977 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone at Chubbuck, Idaho, for the purpose of considering and fixing a final budget and making appropriations to each department or fund for the fiscal year commencing on the first day of October, 1977 and ending on September 30, 1978, including interest and principal due on bonded debt and sinking funds, for which appropriation is made, be entered at length upon the minutes of the Council and published in two issues at least seven days apart in the Idaho State Journal.
