Called to Order: 7:45 p.m.
Conducting: Dave Higbee - Acting Chairman
Roll Call: Present: Dave Higbee, Myrna Cain, Dorothy Lee Worley,
and Boyd Fullmer.
Excused: Gary Lewis
Business Items Discussed: Gary Lewis called and said he was
unable to attend tonight and asked to be released from the
board due to his new job.
Dave Higbee read over the city council minutes and a discusssion
on the amount that been requested for the poster contest followed.
It was found that an error had been made on the $102 that had
been requested. The amount of $120, $5.00 for twelve awards,
$3.00 for twelve awards and $2.00 for twelve awards, was
needed instead of the original requested amount of $102.
Dave Higbee brought up the fact that the P.T.A. was not in
favor of using students for the Safety Patrol Crossing Guards.
Boyd Fullmer said that the Mayor would make contacts regarding
�..J new appointments for this committee. New members are needed
so that new officers can be elected for the new year.
