MINUTES December 17, 1975
Meeting started 7:10 p.m.
Conducted by: Dave Higbee
Those in attendance: Dave Higbee, Richard Allen, Phillip Rumsey.
Minutes of November meeting approved as mailed.
BUSINESS ITEMS INCLUDED:
1. Committee would like to thank city for replacement of the 48 inch stop
signs on Chubbuck Rd. railroad crossing. The new signs are very noticable.
Would still like to recommend to the city to replace the old 48" Railroad
crossing signs with new 36" Railroad crossing signs (W10-1). These signs
should be approximately 250 feet in advance of the stop signs.
2. Safety Poster contest in the Chubbuck and Thee elementary schools. Myrna
Cain is heading a committee on this contest. The slogan is "Winter Safety For
Pedestrians". There will be 1st, 2nd 3rd and honorable mention winners from
each grade in eadh school. The contest will run for a period of six weeks.
There being very few members present meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
