Ninutes of the recessed meeting of Uctober 12, 1965~ of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal Building of the Village of
Chubbuck, on October 21, 1965.
Present- Ward, Underwood, Hillman, Twiggs and McDevitt.
Absent- Christensen.
Called to Order 8:05 P.M.
Purpose- Ordinance # 65. Proposed Uniform Building Code Ordinance.
Building Code Proceedure explianed by McDevitt.
Proposed Ordinance # 65, read in full by McDevitt. Long discussion followed.
Motion to suspend the rules, read once in full, and twice by Title~ made by T~iggs,
seconded by Underwood. Roll Call vote for ~uspension of rules, Underwood-yes,
Hillman-yes, Twtggs-yes, and Ward-yes.
Ordinance # 65 then read twice by Title by McDevitt. Roll call vo~e for passage of
Ordinance # 65, Underwood~yes, Hillman-yes, Twiggs-yes, and ~ard-yes.
Proposed Ordinance # 66- Specifications for Fire Zones, then read in full by McDevitt.
After a discussion, motion to suspend the rules, read once in f~ll and twice by
Title made by Hillman, seconded by Twiggy. Roll call vote for suspeusion of rules,
Underwood-yes, Hillman-yes, Twiggs-yes, and Ward-yes.
Proposed Ordinance # 66 then read twice by Title by McDevitt. Roll call vote ~r
passage of Ordinance # 66, Underwood-yes, Hillman-yes, Twiggs-yes, and Ward-yes.
