Council Meeting Minutes
November 5, 2014
6:00 p.m.
Minutes of a regular Council Meeting held at the City of Chubbuck Council Chambers,
November 5, 2014. The meeting was called to order at 6:OOpm by Mayor Kevin England.
Rich Morgan called the roll. Mayor Kevin England -present, Councilmembers: Josh Ellis -absent,
Ryan Lewis -present, Kermit Morrison -present, Brent Marshall -present.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mayor England.
Approval of the minutes for the council meeting held October 1, 2014 and for the council study
session held October 8, 2014. Councilmember Lewis motioned to approve the minutes.
Councilmember Marshall seconded. Roll call vote: Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
The 2015 beer, wine and liquor licenses were presented to the council. Councilmember Lewis
motioned to approve the 2015 beer, wine and liquor licenses when all requirements are fulfilled
and fees are paid. Councilmember Morrison seconded. Roll call vote: Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes,
Marshall -yes.
The ordinance setting elected officials compensation was presented to the council.
Councilmember Lewis stated that he would like to have some public input on the ordinance and
would also like to have the full council present when discussing the ordinance. Councilmember
Lewis motioned to table the ordinance. Councilmember Marshall seconded. Roll call vote:
Lewis -yes, Morrison -yes, Marshall -yes.
Computer printout claims for November 5, 2014 were presented to the Mayor and Council for
approval and payment. Councilmember Marshall moved to approve the claims for November 5,
2014 as published. Councilmember Morrison seconded. Roll call vote: Lewis -yes, Morrison -
yes, Marshall -yes.
At 6:21pm Mayor England adjourned the meeting.
