December 10, 1985
Minutes of regular council meeting held in the city municipal building,
December 10, 1985.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Steven M.
England, Attorney B. Lynn Winmill and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Councilmembers
Leroy S. Quick and Thomas S. Nield were absent. Engineer Steven M. Smart was
excused.
At 7:50 p.m., it was decided there would not be a quorum.
It was decided to call a special meeting December 11, 1985 at 5:30.
