COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
December 3, 1985
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
December 3, 1985.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Leroy S.
Quick, Thomas S. Nield, Steven M. England and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to go into executive session for the purpose of
considering personnal matters as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (b).
Mayor Cotant requested the council go into an executive session meeting for the
purpose of considering personnel rules and regulations for the Chubbuck Fire
Department.
At 5:40 p.m., Councilman Nield made motion pursuant to Idaho Code 67=2345 (b)
the council go into executive session for the purpose of considering personnel
rules and regulations for the Chubbuck Fire Department. Councilwoman Hopkins
seconded. 100% of councilmembers voted in favor of the motion.
Engineer Steven M. Smart and Fire Marshal/Building Inspector Cary Campbell was
present.
No action or final decision was made.
At 7:20 p.m., Councilwoman Hopkins moved, Councilman England seconded, with full
council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the t:ndersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
5:30 p.m., on this day, Tuesday the 3rd of December, 1985.
The objective of the special meeting is to go into executive
session for the purpose of evaluation of employees as authorized
in Idaho Code 67-2345 (b).

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at the
