COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
August 15, 1985
Minutes of a special council meeting held in the city municipal building,
August 15, 1985.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Recky A. Hopkins, Leroy S.
Quick, Thomas S. Nield, Steven M. England, Engineer Steven M. Smart, and
City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 5:nn p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
OBJECT OF SPECIAL MEETING was to consider and adopt the 1.985-86 tentative budget
and set a time and place for the public hearing on the budnet.
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86 - City Clerk Ron Conlin presented the 1985-86
tentative budget to Mayor Cotant and Council.
Mayor Cotant and Council reviewed the tentative budget in it's entirety and
included in the discussion Federal Revenue Sharing Expenditures and ?evenues.
After discussion Councilman Ouick moved to adopt the 1985-86 tentative budget
and to set August 28, at 5:00 p.m., City municipal building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave.
for a_public hearing on the 1985-86 Fiscal Year Budget. Councilman Nield
seconded. All councilmembers voted in favor of motion.
At 5:40 p.m., Councilman Nield moved, Councilman Quick seconded, with full
council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK -
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
5:00 p.m., on this date, the 15th of August, 1985. The object
of the special meeting shall be to consider 1985-1986 Fiscal
Year Budget
