Re: Conditional Use Permit
Aladdin's Castle, Inc.
March 12, 1981
Gentlemen:
Enclosed herewith regarding the application of Aladdin's
Castle for a conditional use permit in the Pine Ridge Mall
are the following:
1. Site plan of Aladdin's Castle in Pine
Ridge Mall;
2. Literature depecting what a typical Aladdin's
Castle looks like.
Please note that although there are no age limitations
imposed upon the operation of the devices, the amusement
center will be attended at all times by at least one adult
and that rules and regulations will be imposed respecting
the use thereof by its patrons including, without
limitation, a prohibition of smoking, drinking or eating
within the amusement center. The expected hours of
operation will be consistent with those of other retail
locations within the mall, and the amount of traffic will,
of course, be dependent upon the popularity of the mall
generally.
