Conlin, City Clerk Thursday October 16, 2014 In reviewing older City Council Meeting Minutes the City Staff found that the August 22, 1989 minutes had not been signed. When this has happened before, City Staff made a note of the approval of the unsigned minutes in a subsequent meeting and the recording of that approval in the subsequent meeting minutes. When City Staff prepared to do this for the minutes of August 22, 1989 they found a scribners error in the September 12, 1989 minutes. In the September 12, 1989 minutes, rather than stating the approval of the previous meeting minutes of August 22, 1989 it says council approved the minutes of September 12, 1989, which is impossible as the meeting was just taking place. This explanation is included with the August 22, 1989 minutes as they were not signed but were approved September 12, 1989. "t u: %'' `f 1 del'. out / Rich Morgan, Cqty Clerk Mayor Ke4 England
