the Village oI' Chubbuck, held on December 4, 19~3.
Present- Davis, Worsencroft, Underwood, Ward and Hillman.
Purpose of meeting was to discuss aha draw up a proposed
Resolution governing regulations for Persons1 of Village Police
Department. The proposed Resolution is to be acted upon at a
Regular Meeting of the Board. Also discussed was the raise in
wages of some of the Village Person®l.
The proposed Resolution was as f~llows:

Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Chairman and the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, State of Idaho,
that, pertaining to the Village of Chubbuck Police Department
Personel, the following provisions be enforced:
Section 1. The Police Officer on duty be in Uniform at all
times. The uniform to include hat and badge.
Section 2. The Police Officer on duty is to refrain from
the use of Profane Language.
Section 3. The Police Officer on duty is not to spend
excessive time in the Clubs or Restaurants.
Section 4. The Police Officer is to take one day off each
week. The day specified is to be either Wednesday or Thursday.
There will be an Extra Man to serve as Police Officer on
Wednesday or Thursday of every week.
Section ~. The Police Officer on duty is to call the Village
Attorney only, on all legal matters pertaining to the Village.
Section 6. The Police Officer is to obtain a Purchase Order
from the Village Clerk for all purchases that he makes for the
Village.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the above provisions shall be
in full effect, after due passage of this Resolution, due
passage to be in the manner provided by law.
DisCussion and agreement by the Board members on the raise
in wages for some of the Village Personel was as follows:
Police Officer- Increase wages $40.00 per month plus $10.00
per month for uniforms. Total raise $~0.00 per month.
Village Clerk - Increase wages $~0.00 per month. The money
for this increase to be drawn from the General Fund.
Police Judge- Raise appropriation from $~00.00 per year to
$600.00 per year. Either increase payment per case from $3.00
er case to $4.00 per case, or pay a flat fee per month of
~0.00 per month. This increase to be decided at a Regular
Meeting.
All the above wage increases are to be acted on at a
Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of ~
Chubbuck. ~
Also to be ~ncluded is $25.00 per month increase in salary for~
Village AttorN~ey for work he is doing now, plus additional fee for
Sewer, Building Code, & revesing of Village Ordinances, Etc.
to obtain a Purchase/~rder from
Purchase orders- Everyone is 'Village.
