Minutes of a special meeting of the Mayor and Council held in the
City Municipal Building October 20, 1982.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers, Becky A. Hopkins,
Dwain A. Kinghorn, City Attorney B. Lynn Winmill, Public Works Director
Steven M. Smart, Building Inspector Danny R. Stuart.
Purpose of the meeting is to discuss acquiring a building from
I B & T Co., for an addition to the city offices and the possibility of
a lease option arrangement.
Due to the lack of a quorum, the meeting could not be called to order.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
4:00 p.m. on this date, the 20th day of October, 1982.
The object of the special meeting shall be to discuss acquiring
building from bank as an addition to the city offices and the
possibliity of a lease purchase arr/a~gement.

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at
the time and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
