Minutes of a special meetin~ of the Mayor and Council held in the
City municipal building September 1, 1982.
Present: Mayor JOhn O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers, Becky A. Hopkins,
Dwain A. Kinghorn, LeRoy S. Quick, Thomas S. Nield.
Meeting called to order at 5:40 p.m.
Purpose of meeting is to consider repealing Resolution 8-82 and
adopting a new Resolution #9-82.
Incorrect figures were inadvertantly entered into Resolution #8-
82, which was adopted to certify the tax levy to Bannock County.
After reviewing, Resolution #9-82 was read in full by Mayor Cotant.
Councilwoman Hopkins moved to repeal Resolution #8-82. Councilman
Nield seconded motion. Roll call vote: Hopkins, yes; Kinghorn,
yes; Quick, yes; Nield, yes.
Councilwoman Hopkins moved to adopt Resolution #9-82. Councilman
Nield seconded motion. Roll call vote: Hopkins, yes; Kinghorn,
yes; Quick, yes; Nield, yes.
Councilman Nield moved, Councilwoman Hopkins seconded , with full
council approval to adjourn meg~T~ng at 6:15 p.m. ~

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CHUBBUCK CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604 and 50-706, the
undersigned Mayor and members of the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby call a special meeting of the City
Council to be held at the Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue at the hour of 5:30 p.m., on this date, the 1st day of
September, 1982.
The object of the special meeting shall to be consider repealing
Resolution 8-82 and adopting/~P~olution 9-82.
