Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Dwain A. Kinghorn, Thomas S. Nield, Attorney B. Lynn Winmill, Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Vera C. Armstrong. Councilmember LeRoy S. Quick excused. Meeting called to order at 4:55 p.m. by Mayor Cotant. Purpose of adjourned meeting is to continue discussion on Proposed Land Use Ordinance. GENERAL 1. DISCUSSIONS: Animal Control. Limiting number of dogs allowed with kennel provisions to three. Hobby Kennel - Providing a definition for Hobby Kennel and setting conditions for same, e.g., runs for dogs, disposing of waste other than through the city garbage pick-up system, 4,000 square feet per dog when the number of dogs trigger the Hobby Kennel provisions, need for a Hobby Kennel license. Attorney Winmill presented a copy of language for definition of "Production Building Cluster Arrangement" = a subdivision, park, court or other area that (1) is intended for residential use where residence is in production buildings exclusively and which is constructed, built and maintained in conformance with Section 3-3(~) of this Ordinance, or (2) is located in an area which was included in the R-2T use district by Chubbuck City Ordinance No. 98.
