Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Dwain A. Kinghorn, Thomas S. Nield, LeRoy S. Quick, Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Vera C. Armstrong. Meeting called to order at 4:18 p.m. by Mayor Cotant. OBJECT OF MEETING shall be to consider a Resolution authorizing the filing of the Cotant Park Grant application. Resolution #3-83 was read in full by Mayor Cotant. Councilman Nield moved to adopt Resolution No. 3-83, authorizing the filing of application on the Cotant Park. Councilman Quick seconded motion. Roll call vote: Hopkins, yes; Kinghorn, yes; Nield, yes; Quick, yes. GENERAL DISCUSSIONS: 1) Discussion was held concerning sale of city property at 4545 Yellowstone. 2) Water and Sewer utility service to Homestead Road. Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. Vera C. Armstrong, City Cler~ CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF CHUBBUCK- Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of 4:00 p.m., on this date, the 3rd of May, 1983. The object of the special meeting shall be to consider a Resolution author- izing the filing of the Cotant Park Grant Application.
