Minutes of the adjourned city council meeting of February 22, 1983
held in the city municipal building March 1, 1983.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr.~ Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins
Dwain A. Kinghorn, Thomas S. Nield, Attorney B. Lynn Winmill,
Deputy Clerk Dorothy L. Ward. Councilman LeRoy S. Quick excused from
meeting.
Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 205 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
and amendments thereto, and enacting a Revised Land Use Ordinance
was read in its entirety by Mayor and Council.
Appendix A read in full by Attorney B. Lynn Winmill.
