COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
November 26, 1985
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
November 26, 1985.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Leroy S.
Quick, Thomas S. Nield, Steven M. England and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to go into executive session for the purpose of
interviewing three (3) applicants for consideration of hiring a patrolman
in the Police Department as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (a).
Mayor Cotant requested the council go to an executive session meeting for the
purpose of interviewing three applicants for consideration of hiring a
patrolman.
At 6:35 p.m., Councilman Nield moved to go into executive session meeting
for the purpose of interviewing three applicants for considersation of hiring
a police patrolman as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (a). Council-
woman Hopkins seconded. 100% of councilmembers voted in favor of motion.

Present: Chief of Police Arnold Stone, Brent L. Lusk, Mario J. Merrick, Greg
L. Rosa.
7:30 p.m., Councilman England moved to adjourn the executive session meeting.
Councilman Quick seconded. All councilmembers voted in favor of motion. No
action or decision was made.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undsrsigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, h~reb~ calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
6:30 p.m., on this day, Tuesday the 26th of November, 1985.
The objective of the special meeting is to go into executive
session for the purpose of consideration of hiring a police
officer as authorized in Idaho Code 67-~%45 ().

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at the
time and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
