October 11, 1985
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
October 11, 1985.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Leroy S.
Quick, Thomas S. Nield, Steven M. England and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Attorney B. Lynn Winmill was present at 6:30 p.m. Engineer Steven M. Smart
was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to go into executive session for the purpose of
evaluation of employees, as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (b).
Mayor Cotant requested the council go to an executive session meeting for the purpos
of evaluation of employees, as authorized by Section 67-2345 (b).
At 5:00 p.m., Councilman Nield made motion to move to an executive session meeting
for the purpose of evaluation of city employees Dorothy Ward, Myrna ~rapo and
.Kareq Anderson, as authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (b). Roll Call Vote:
Hopkins, yes; Quick, yes; Nield, yes; England, yes. 100% of councilm~mbers voted

Present: Dorothy Ward, Steven Ward, Myrna Crapo, Robert Crapo, KareniAnderson
and David Anderson.
At 6:30 p.m., Councilwoman Hopkins moved to adjourn from the executive session
meeting to the special meeting. Councilman Quick seconded. All councilmembers
voted in favor of the motion. No action or decision was made in executive session.
After discussion Councilman Quick moved to have Myrna Crapo, Dorothy Ward stay
at a seven hour day and Karen Anderson would stay at a seven and a half hour
day with no raises issued this year. Councilman Nield seconded. Following discus-
sion of Dorothy Ward's, Myrna Crapo's and Karen Anderson's hours there was a
roll call vote taken. Hopkins, yes; Quick, yes; Nield, yes; England, yes.
At 6:50 p.m., Councilman England moved, Councilman Quick seconded, with full
council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Sect]~_on__0-~0~., the undersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
5:00 p.m., on this day, Friday the llth of October, 1985.
The objective of the special meeting is to go into executive
session for the purpose of evaluation of employees as authorized
in Idaho Code 67-2345 (b).

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at the
time and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
