COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
October 1, 1985
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
October 1, 1985.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins, Leroy S.
Quick, Thomas S. Nield, Steven M. England ~nd City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Attorney B. Lynn Winmill and Engineer Steve M. Smart was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to go into executive session for the purpose of
evaluation of employees, as authorized by Zdaho Code Section 67-2345 (b).
Mayor Cotant requested the council go to an executive session meeting for the
purpose of evaluation of employees, as authorized by Section 67-2345 (b).
Councilman Nield made motion to move to an exectutive session meeting for the
purpose of evaluation of employees, as authorized in Section 67-2345 (b).
Councilman Quick seconded. Roll Call Vote: Hopkins, yes; Nield, yes; Quick, yes;
England, yes. 100% of the councilmembers voted in favor of motion.
At 6:45 p.m., Councilman Nield made motion to adjourn from the executive session
meeting to the special meeting. Councilman Quick seconded. All councilmembers
voted in favor of the motion.

After discussion Councilman Nield moved to approve~a salary schedule for city emplo3
in the executive session meeting, with the ~xception of Mayor Cotant a~d' (-ees
Engineer Steve Smart s review of Doyle King s evaluation. Councilman England~ based
seconded. Roll Call Vote: Hopkins, yes; Quick, yes; Nield, yes; England, yes.~on

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of
