Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
January 3, 1989.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Leroy S. Quick,
Steven M. England, Dwain A. Kinghorn, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes,
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Councilman David A. Landon was excused.
Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING was to offer for sale at public auction,
one parcel of real estate owned by the city. The property is located
at 4545 Yellowstone.
At
Mayor Cotant declared the public auction open.
Mayor Cotant asked if there were any offers on the land.
No one present made an offer on the property.
Mayor Cotant closed the public auction.
Public Works Director Steve Smart stated the new a~praisel came in
at $125,000.00 for the parcel.
8:00 p.m., Councilman Quick moved, Councilman England seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, IdahD, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave., at the hour of
7:30 p.m., on the 3rd. day of January, 1989. The object of
the special meeting shall be to conduct a public auction.
