present: Jack Menard, ALlen Martin, Ed Reese, Larry Rawlins and Rodney Parrish.
Excused: James Branson and Del Peters.
Meeting cs]led to order at 8:15 p. m. by Acting Chairmsu Allen Martin.
Minutes of September 10, 1974 meeting read and approved as written.
TRAILER PLACEMENT REQUEST: Iris Matkin requested permission to place another
trailer on her lot at 261 Miugo Lane. Allen Martin told her they would have to
have the legal description of the lot, also how the trailers would set in
relation to the lot.
REZONING QUESTION: Jack Menard said that Denny Hendricks is going to ask for a
public hearing requesting the light industrial zone lying along the east side
of the railroad to be extended an additional 200 feet. This would 81'so include
'~?~ethe Henderson property. A discussion f~llowed on rezoning the entire area along
the railroad.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBr_DI_~ISION ORDINANCE: Commision discussed proposed
amendments with no action taken.
