Minutes of the regular meeting q~f.t~e~ ~lanning and Zoning Commission held
in the city municipal building~~ 197A.
Present: Jack Menard, Del Peters, Larry Rawlins and Ed Reese.
Meeting called to order by Del Peters at 8:00 p.m.
Minutes of April A meeting approved as written.
BUILDING PERMIT REQUEST - Frances McPherson, 13A Valenty Road has called
the city office and questioned building a home or duplex on her property.
The property lies in a commercial -1 General zone. Commission members
Menard and Peters stated it would be necessary to ask for a variance if
she decided to build single residential ~~ or if they plan to
build a duplex or multiple dwelling to request a change of zoning from
C-1 General to Neighborhood commercial which allows multiple dwellings.
There being no further business the meeting was, on motion made, seconded
and unanimously carried, adjourned.
