Minutes of a special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission held in
the City Municipal building July 9, 1974. ~
Meeting brought to order by Chairman Jum Branson at 7:30 p.m.
Those present on commission were Jack Menard, Allen Martin and Rodney Parrish.
After discussing the petition for variance requested by Garland Henry to
park a trailer at his place of business, a motion was made by Allen Martin
to deny Mr. Henrys request. Mr. Menard seconded the motion. The voting
was unanimous to deny this request.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:A5 p.m.
