Minutes of the Eegular meeting of the Planning and Zoning commission held in the
city municipal building April &, 197&,
Present Chairman James Branson, Commission members Allen Martin, Jack Menard, Del
Peters and Larry Rawlins. Ed Reese ~xcused.
Meeting called to order at 8:05 p.m. by Chairman Branson.
COMMERCIAL BUILDING PLAN REVIHN - Gary Lee with Hamilton and Voeller was present
with proposed building plans for Eastern Idaho Tra~ler Sales new business
planned to locate on Yellowstone Avenue, 231 feet south of the Conoco Travel
Shoppe. Dan Siegel of Salt Lake City proposes this construction with office
building estimated value at $13,000.OO and the 60' x 60' storage building
estimated at $8,000.00.
Requirement of sidewalk discussed. Ail members present felt that sidewalks
should be required.
Allen Martin recommended the building permit be issued with the requirement
of sidewalks. Rawlins seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
Commission members marked their zoning ordinance with amendments adopted in
Ordinance # 126.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
