AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 381, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER i, 1992, AND ENDING; SEPTEMBER 30, 1993: APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF 51+0,000,00, AN PROVIDING AN EFFECTTVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
,SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 381, the appropriation ordinance
for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing
October 1, 1992, and ending September 30, 1993, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of 5160,000.00 be appropriated out of
the revenues from the Sanitation Fund in the sum of 5133,500.00,
to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. The rule requiring an ordinance to
be read on three separate days, one of which shall be a reading in
full, is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 12th. day of October, 1993,
