AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 460. THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER. 1, 1996.AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1997; APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, IN THE S11 -1M OF $120,727.68 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR. AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
7 DAHO :
SECTION 1. The Ordinance No. 460, the appropriation ordinance
for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the fiscal. year commencing
October, 1996, and ending September 30, 1997, be and the same is
here by amended as follows;
That the additional sum of $120,727.68 be appropriated out of
the revenues from a Federal Grant, Capital Improvement Funds and
Police Training Fund in the sum of $120,727.68, to be used for
authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full. force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, this 26th. dad- of August, 1997.
