AN ORDINANCE, OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 472, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1997 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1998; APPROPRIATINTG
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $50,869.00, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. The ordinance #472, the appropriations ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for fiscal year commencing October 1, 1997, and ending September 30, 1998, be and the
same is hereby amended as follows;
That the additional sum of $50,869.00 be appropriated out of the: revenues. from a
Federal Grant and Tax Increment Monies to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
