Meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by President of Council
Marvin C. Gunter.
PURPOSE OF MEETING was to canvass results of 1995 City Election.
CANVASS OF 1995 ELECTION RESULTS - The election held November 7,
1995, was for the election of two Council Members for four
year terms. The ballot box holding the supplies, was unlocked
and envelope containing Tally Book, Election Record and Pbll
Book, used ballots, plus pad with first unused ballot was
opened.
After a thorough canvass of the election records, Councilman
Wood moved to accept the tabulation of votes as prepared by
the Election Judge and Clerks, proclaiming the results as
final. Councilman England seconded. All council members
present voted in favor of motion.

At 5:25 p.m., Councilman Wood moved, Councilman England seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn meeting.

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal
Building, at the hour of 5~00 p.m., on Thursday, the 9th., day of
November, 1995. The ob3ect
