COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
August 1, 1995
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at city municipal building,
August 1, 1995.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England,
W. Dean Wood, Marvin C. Gunter, PWD Steve Smart and City
Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Councilman Leroy S. Quick and Attorney
Thomas J. Holmes were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss 1995-96 Fiscal Year Budget.
1995-96 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET STUDY SESSION - FWD Steve Smart
presented his 1995-96 Fiscal Year Budget for Sanitation,
Waterworks, Sewer and Highway, Streets and Roads.
City Clerk Ron Conlin stated the 1995-96 Fiscal Tear Tentative
Budget will be presented for adopting at the August 8, 1995
Council Meeting. The 1995-96 Fiscal Year Budget Public Hearing
will be conducted at the August 22, 1995 Council Meeting.
At 6:10 p.m., Councilman Wood moved, Councilman Gunter seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, the 1st., day of August, 1995.
The object of the special meeting shall be to discuss the 1995-96
Fiscal Year Budget.
