COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
July 25, 1995
Minutes of special meeting held in the city municipal building,
July 25, 1995.
Present: Mayor John u. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, .W
Dean Wood, Marvin C. Gunter, Public works Director Steven M.
Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Councilman Steven M.
England and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING was to discuss 1995-96 Fiscal Year Budget.
PARKS DEPARTMENT - Larry Miller, Parks Superintendent was present
to present the 1995-96 Park's Budget.
FIRE AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT - Fire Chief Cary Campbell presented
the 1995-96 Fire and Building Department Budget.
POLICE DEPARTMENT - Chief of Police Jerry Rowland presented the
1995-96 Police Department Budget.
City Clerk Ron Conlin stated the 1995-96 Fiscal Year Tentative
Budget will be presented to Council on August 8, 1995, the
public hearing will be conducted on, August 22, 1995.
Council will be advised of budget meetings prior to the
Tentative Budget Meeting.
At 7:20 p.m., Councilman Wood moved, Councilman Gunter seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn the special meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, the 25th., day of July, 1995.
The object of the special meeting shall be to discuss the 1995-96
Fiscal Year Budget.
