COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
February 21, 1995
Minutes of special meeting held in the city municipal building,
February 21, 1995.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England,
W. Dean Wood, Marvin C. Gunter, Public Works Director Steven
M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Councllmember Leroy S.
Quick and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE of Special Meeting is to discuss Utility Rate Resolution
#1-95, adopted February 14, 1995.
Discussion about minimum base charges for 1 1/2" through 10"
meter sizes.
Mayor Cotant and Council expressed concern abogt 1 1/2"
through 10" meter sizes not being charged in pro~ortion as
much as a single resident meter.
PWD Smart explained the rate model he uses to determine
minimum base charges.
After considerable discussion, Council decided to leave
Resolution #1-95 as presented when adopted.
At 6~43 p.m., Councilman England moved, Councilman Wood seconded,
with full council approval to ad3ourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5,00 p.m., on Tuesday, the 21st. day of February, 1995.
The object of the special meeting sha/1 be discuss utility rates.
