Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England,
W. Dean Wood, Marvin C. Gunter, Attorney Thomas J~ Holmes,
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C.

Meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
APPROVAL OF MI~JTES Mayor Cotant asked for corrections or
additions to minutes of June 11, 1996.
Council.man Gunter moved to approve regular meeting minutes of
June 11, 1996. Councilman Wood seconded. All council members
present voted in favor of motion.
BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION - Virgil Smith, 700 Lindsey Blvd.,
Idaho Fall. s, Idaho has applied for ll. cense to sell cleaning
supplies door to door in the City.
Police Department recommended approval, of the lt. cense
application.
Councilman England moved to approve a business license to
U%rgl. 1. Sm%th, Austin Diversified Products, 700 Lindsey Blvd.,
Idaho Falls, Idaho to sell cleaning supplies door to door in
the City. Councilman Wood seconded. All. council members
present voted in favor of motion.
LIQUOR CATERING PERMIT - DUDLEY'S SPORT. BAR & GRILL - Krai.g McGee,
Dudley's Sports Bar & ~rill has applied for a catering permit
to sell 1.1.~]or, beer and w~.ne at the Day's Inn, 1.33 W.
Bl~rnside, (formerly Chevy's), the 27th., 28th. and 29th. of
June, 1.996.
Kralg McGee explained he is having trouble getting his State
and County Licenses, because the former owner has not filled
out necessary paperwork to transfer the license.
Mayor Cotant suggested the Council approve the catering permit
for up to ten days.
Mr. McGee stated he will come to City Office and pay remaining
fees.

Councilman England moved to grant a catering permit to Kraig
McGee, Dudley's ~ports Bar and ~r%ll. to sell liquor, wine and
beer at ]33 W, Burnside Ave., (formerly Chevy's) on the 27th.,
20th, and 29th, of ~]ne, 1996, The permit w1.1.1, be good for ten
days, if needed. Councilman Gunter seconded. All council
members present voted in favor of motion,
ORDINANCE #457 - Making Technical corrections to Ordinance #446.
Attorney Holmes and Mayor Cotant read Ordinance #457 tn full
for the third and final reading.
Councl].man Wood moved to adopt Ordinance #457 as read.
Councilman Gunter seconded. Roll Call Vote. Quick, absent;
England, yes; Wood, yes; Gunter, yes~
DIAMOND COURT SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT - PWD Smart recommended
approval of the Diamond Court Subdivision ~lnal Plat, PWD
Smart stated all construction drawings have been presented and
approved,
Councilman Gunter moved to approve the Diamond Court
Subdivision Final. Plat, Councilman England seconded, All.
council members present voted in favor of motion.
1996 SEAL COAT BID - PWT) Smart stated the City received two bids
for the 1996 Seal Coat Bid.

After discussion, Collncilman England moved to accept the
low bid of ~ ~57 ],/2 per square yard presented by Snake River
Construction. Councilman Wood seconded. All council members
present voted In favor of motion,
CLAIMS - Computer print-out claims presented to Mayor Cotant and
Count i l.,
Councilman Wood moved to approve computer print-out claims as
presented. Councilman England seconded. All council members
present voted in favor of motion.
